Tasting Notes
Nose: Mildly Phenolic. Plenty of Candied Fruit, Raisins, Cloves, Sherry and Vanilla.
Palate: Smooth with candied fruit and Vanilla carrying through into the palate. Incredibly complex – yielding at least 5 very separate layers of flavour.
Finish: Cloves and Cinnamon, Complex and Long.
Detail: 70cl, 40% ABV, Product of Scotland
