An excellent non-vintage Champagne - Fresh, lively and perfectly balanced. Aged for a minimum of 3 years prior to release.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale straw yellow
Mousse/Bubbles: Fine bubbles, giving way to a persistent mousse.
Nose: Apple and citrus initially, leading to some very light biscuity notes and lightly toasted brioche.
Palate: Zingy citrus flavours, fresh and lively with a bright finish.
